Low-pressure port for A/C recharge?

I have a Dodge Grand Caravan from 1999. The A/C isn't working and I need to recharge it. Where is the Low-pressure port located? Does anyone know a diagram I can find to locate it better? I know where the high-pressure is, but can't find a port that the hose/gauge will fit on.
