Air condition in 2004 chrysler pacifica?

My 2004 chrysler pacifica was blowing warm air, I got it recharged but it still doesn't blow as cold as it should, the passenger side vents blow colder air than the driver & rear vents, but it takes a long time for the air to actually get cold when first started. I live in TX and when I get off work the temp is about 104, I need my COLD air before I actually get home, what could it be???
