Is there any way to put my windows down manually?

If you don't have a sunroof you're at a loss. Removing the door panel will involve removing the vapour shield (thick plastic film), and the motor is connected to some meshed gears that are attached directly to the base of the window that allows it to move up/down. You might be able to find a conversion kit to manual windows, but that will involve some new door panels (or drilling).
