How do you replace an A/C vaccuum hose in an '03 huyundai tiburon?

I recently had my a/c recharged and within a day it was blowing out hot air again. I was told I probly had a leak. I paid quite a bit to get it recharged so I do not want to pay more to replace the hose. Can someone tell me how to replace the hose myself...
