If I try to become a SEAL officer and I don't make training can I try again?

I heard that you can't but maybe that has changed. And I also heard you can join the Navy as a SEAL or SWCC and go on a pipeline straight to BUD/s, is that true? And that means I wouldnt have to go to navy bootcamp right?
