How To Unclog Drainage system?

I got major problem here, at my kitchen, the drain for pipeline is clog and i found out there is fat or other stuff that clog the drainage system, is there any possible solution to unclog it without calling plumber? *coz it quite costly, i already use stick to remove it..but it didnt work
