How to collect more project works in the pileline to be developed by my newly launched company....!!!!?

I am a M.Tech engineer,recently I have launched a company and soon after I got success to gather few project works basically Web Development which are being developed.Now I need to have more projects in the pipeline so that It runs with a endless process.Plz suggest me in this regard....
